Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 90% neutral French Oak, and 10% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. 14.8% alcohol at bottling.
Description: Aromas of ripe pear, peach, apricot, melon, vanilla, and honey. Full velvety flavors of leachy, honeydew melon, pear, guava, hint of lime, and a nice minerality.
