The vineyard's terrain stresses the vines just enough to enhance concentration in the grapes, while the cool night-time temperatures slow ripening for added complexity. With yields of around 3 tons per acre, the focus is on quality over quantity. The vines are meticulously tended by hand, ensuring each vine concentrates its energy on producing fewer, high-quality clusters.
