Private Events

Let us host your next private event at Stottle Winery. Our place can accommodate up to 125 guests, providing a beautiful and welcoming setting for any occasion. Whether you're planning a celebration, corporate gathering, or special event, we are dedicated to providing amazing service to ensure your event is memorable and seamless. Our experienced staff will be there to assist with every detail, from pouring wine to keeping everything tidy, so you can focus on enjoying the day with your guests.

Below are the details regarding pricing, requirements, and additional services:

  • Space Rental Fee:

    • We charge a flat rate of $500 for 3 hours of space rental.
    • If you prefer a shorter event, the space rental fee is $200 per hour for bookings of 2 hours.

  • Minimum Purchase Requirements:

    • For a Buyout: If you choose to host buyout, there is a minimum purchase requirement of one case of wine.
    • Per Guest: Alternatively, the minimum purchase is $15 per guest.

  • Wine Discounts:

    • Club Members:Depending on your club membership level, you will receive a discount ranging from 15% to 30% on a case of wine when opting for a buyout.
    • Non-Members: Enjoy a 10% discount on the second case of wine if you opt for a buyout.
    • Wine Case Prices: A case of wine ranges from $300 to $500 before applying any discounts, depending on your selection.

  • Gratuity:
    A 20% gratuity will be charged based on the space rental fee (not the total event cost) to ensure our amazing staffs are properly compensated for their service during your event.

  • Food & Decorations:

    • You are welcome to bring your own food or arrange for catering for your event.
    • You are also welcome to decorate the venue as needed. Our team will be happy to assist with setting up decorations.

  • Event Staff & Services:

    • We will provide staff to help with pouring wine and cleaning throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
    • Parking Instructions will be provided to ensure your guests have convenient access.
