Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels (80%), and stainless barrels (20%) for fermentation. 6 months barrel/tank aging, stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 13.5% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Wonderful aromas of lemon meringue, pear, and honeysuckle. Crisp complex flavors of lemon, lime, vanilla, pear, melon, subtle spice, and nice minerality. The perfect wine pairing for spicy foods.
