Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels (90%), and stainless barrels (10%) for fermentation. 9 months barrel/tank aging, stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 14.2% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2 tons per acre. Hand picked.
