Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 90% neutral French Oak, and 10% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. 13.9% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description:Produced from Washington's second oldest Viognier vines. Aromas of brioche, pear, honeydew melon, crushed flowers, and honey. Full velvety flavors of ripe peach, apricot, pear, honey, kiwi, and mango.
