Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels (80%), and stainless barrels (20%) for fermentation. 6 months barrel/tank aging, stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 14.3% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Wonderful aromas of honeydew melon, pear, grapefruit, and minerals, intermingle with flavors of creamy but bright peach, mango, pear, guava, and subtle minerality. The finish lingers for quite some time. The perfect wine pairing for spicy foods.
