Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 6 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. 1.% residual sugar. 13.6% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: This white Rhone blend has aromas of melon, plum, nectarine, and citrus; complimented by super complex layers of flavor, including mango, nectarine, tea, honey, and stone. A perfect amount of sweetness with a pleasing finish.
