Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 6 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. 0% residual sugar.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: This white Rhone blend has aromas of ripe peach, carmel, melon, nectarine, honeysuckle, and lemon; complimented by super complex layers of flavor, including nectarine, honeydew melon, kiwi, nice minerality, and a long pleasant finish.
