Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 6 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. .75% residual sugar. 14.4% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: This white Rhone style blend has aromas of honeycomb, peach, and caramel; indulgent flavors of honeydew melon, lemon, meringue, and ripe peach. A just a hint of sweetness that lingers slightly with the finish.
