Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 90% neutral French Oak, and 10% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. Partial wild yeast fermentation. 13.7% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description:Produced from Washington's second oldest Viognier vines. Aromas of melon, lemon zest, flowers, and honey. Rich flavors of apricot, mango, candied pineapple, and a hint of meringue.
