Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 90% neutral French Oak, and 10% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. 13.7% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Produced from Washington's second oldest Viognier vines. Aromas of ripe peach, apricot, honeydew melon, pineapple, with a hint of strawberry and rose. Full velvety flavors of honeydew melon, peach, lemon, with a hint of crushed herbs, strawberry, and lime.
