Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for seven months in neutral french oak and stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 14.5% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: September 21, 2012, 25.5 Brix at Harvest, 3.59 ph, Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Produced from Washington's second oldest vines. Wonderfully complex, creamy, and balanced with aromas of white peach, honey, and floral.
