Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels (80%), and stainless barrels (20%) for fermentation. 6 months barrel/tank aging, stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 13.5% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Wonderful aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, pear, and lemon, intermingle with flavors of creamy but bright flavors of lemon, peach, guava, white tea, meringue, and nice minerality. The perfect wine pairing for spicy foods.
