Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 6 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. 1.5% residual sugar. 14.4% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: This white Rhone style blend has aromas of coffee cake, marmalade, white peach, and minerals;complimented by luscious layers of flavor, including sweet melon, peach, lemon, and hazelnut. A perfect amount of sweetness, with a pleasing dry finish.
