Vineyards: Coyote Canyon Vineyard (Viognier), Mary Evelyn Vineyard (Roussanne)
Cooperage: Whole cluster pressed into 85% neutral French Oak, and 15% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. 14.6% Alcohol by Volume.
