Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 94% neutral & 6% new French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 9 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 14.5% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description:Produced from Washington's second oldest vines. Aromas of pear, stone fruit, flowers, honey, and vanilla are followed by dense, layered creamy flavors of citrus, ripe peach, mango, melon, and hint of caramel. A wonderfully pleasant finish that continues on and on.
