Production Notes: Aged 18 months in second use French and American barrels. After hand-harvesting the clusters were destemeed, crushed, and fermented in open top stainless steel vessels and hand punched down. Alcohol 14.2% at bottling.
Description: This wine exudes aromas of cherry, dark berries, smoke, and cedar. Delightfully complex flavors dominated by cherry, blackberry, plum, vanilla, pepper, firm tannins, and subtle spice. The finish goes on and on.
