Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels (80%), and stainless barrels (20%) for fermentation. 6 months barrel/tank aging, stirred weekly on the lees. No residual sugar. 13.4% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Wonderful aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, pear, and lemon, intermingle with flavors of creamy but bright flavors of lemon, peach, guava, white tea, mandarin orange, nice minerality, and a tart finish. The perfect wine pairing for spicy foods.
