Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 90% neutral French Oak, and 10% stainless for fermentation and aging. Aged for 8 months before bottling, and stirred weekly on the lees. Partial wild yeast fermentation. 14.1% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description:Produced from Washington's second oldest Viognier vines. Aromas of elderflower, peach, apricot jam, and honey dance on your nose. Velvety rich flavors of pineapple, quince, mango, cantaloupe, and marmalade with a finish that goes on and on.
